Feb 16, 2010

7:40 Meeting called to order

Treasury report read and accepted

President reports;
Last month’s minutes read.
The club will be accepting new members, there are approximately 34 openings.
This spring the field will get topsoil and get rolled. We’ll paint the outside, inside and floor of the clubhouse.
The mower will be kept in the clubhouse from this Spring forward. One bathroom doorway will be enlarged and alterations to the interior made to accommodate the mower.
Lloyd is the webmaster, send all photos, stories, etc. to him to be placed on the site.
George is going to make a sign for the gate reminding you about your membership card.
Frequency board may need replacing and will be replaced if needed due to weather wear.
The website bill was voted on and approved.
The proposal to expand one bathroom doorway to accommodate the mower for storage was voted on and approved.
The regular meeting ended at 8:10 and was followed by a workshop on using fiberglass.
